破茧日记是一款个人记录与提醒工具，由独立开发者发布。我们的设计原则是:你的记录只存在你自己的设备上。

• 我们不收集任何数据。App 没有账号系统,没有开发者服务器,不嵌入任何统计、广告或追踪 SDK。我们无法看到、也无法上传你的任何记录。
• 记录存储在本机:注射记录、剂量、体重、身体感受与备注保存在你 iPhone 本地的应用数据中,不上传到任何服务器。
• 苹果健康(可选):仅当你主动开启同步时,App 会读取你的体重与身高用于回顾趋势,并把你手动记录的体重写入苹果健康。你可以随时在系统设置中撤销该授权。
• 通知:提醒通知完全在你的设备上生成。默认情况下锁屏通知不显示药物名称与剂量;你可以在设置中开启详情。
• 设备备份:你的记录会包含在 iOS 设备备份中(iCloud 备份为加密存储;使用电脑备份时建议开启「加密本地备份」)。备份由你在系统设置中管理。
• 导出:只有当你主动使用 CSV 导出并通过系统分享面板选择目的地时,数据才会离开 App;导出副本的位置由你决定。
• 删除数据:在设置中清除全部数据会删除本机记录;已经写入苹果健康的数据与已导出的文件副本不受影响,需自行管理。
• 儿童:App 面向成人用户,不面向 14 岁以下儿童,也不 knowingly 收集任何人的数据。

This app is a personal logging and reminder tool published by an independent developer. Our design principle: your entries stay on your own device.

• We collect nothing. The app has no accounts, no developer server, and no analytics, ads, or tracking SDKs. We cannot see or upload anything you record.
• On-device storage: injection logs, doses, weight, how you feel, and notes live in your iPhone's local app storage.
• Apple Health (optional): only if you enable sync, the app reads your weight and height to show trends and writes manually logged weight back to Apple Health. Revoke access anytime in system settings.
• Notifications: reminders are generated entirely on your device. By default, lock-screen notifications do not show medication names or doses.
• Device backups: your entries are included in iOS device backups (iCloud backups are encrypted; enable "Encrypt Local Backup" for computer backups). Backups are managed in system settings.
• Export: data leaves the app only when you export a CSV via the share sheet; where that copy goes is up to you.
• Deletion: erasing all data in settings removes on-device records; data already written to Apple Health and exported copies are unaffected.
• Children: the app is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect anyone's data.
