破茧日记是本机优先的 GLP-1 注射记录与提醒工具:无账号、无开发者服务器,记录只保存在你的设备上。

常见问题

• 我的数据存在哪里? 只在你 iPhone 本地。开启 iCloud 备份时会随系统备份(加密);我们没有任何服务器副本。
• 怎么迁移到新手机? 保持 iCloud 备份开启,新机恢复备份即可;或用 CSV 导出留档。
• 如何导出数据? 设置 → 导出 CSV,通过系统分享面板保存到你选的位置。
• 为什么锁屏通知看不到药名? 默认脱敏保护隐私;可在设置 → 提醒中开启「通知显示药物详情」,并建议同时把系统里本 App 的通知预览设为「解锁时」。
• 如何删除全部数据? 设置 → 清除全部数据;已写入苹果健康的副本与已导出的文件不受影响。
• 这是医疗工具吗? 不是。它只记录你自己输入的事实,不提供诊断、治疗、剂量、漏打、滴定、储存、注射部位或症状分诊建议;用药决定请遵医嘱。

Contact: support@axonlume.com When reporting an issue, include your iOS version, device model, app version (Settings → About), and steps to reproduce. Please do not attach health details such as injection logs or doses; we don't need them to investigate.

FAQ

• Where is my data? On your iPhone only. It's included in your iCloud backup if enabled (encrypted). We keep no server copies.
• Moving to a new phone? Restore from iCloud backup, or keep a CSV export as an archive.
• Export? Settings → Export CSV, then choose a destination in the share sheet.
• Why don't notifications show medication names? Privacy by default. Enable details in Settings → Reminders, and consider setting this app's notification preview to "When Unlocked".
• Erase everything? Settings → Erase All Data; Apple Health copies and exported files are unaffected.
• Is this a medical tool? No. It only records facts you enter — no diagnosis, treatment, dosing, missed-dose, titration, storage, injection-site, or triage advice. Follow your clinician for medical decisions.
